Independent Report – Rahayu Saraswati Djojohadikusumo has been confirmed to meet the requirements to become the candidate for the Chairman of PP TIDAR. This decision was announced through an Official Notice and Decree issued by the Steering Committee (SC). In May 2025, Rahayu will undergo the selection process for the position of Chairman during the 4th TIDAR Congress.
The appointment of Rahayu as a candidate for Chairman follows the procedures set by the SC. Rahmat Kamaruddin, the Secretary of SC, expressed his gratitude to all parties involved in the process, including the candidate for Chairman, representatives. And also supporters who attended the Gerindra DPP to participate in the established procedures. Rahmat also emphasized that the candidacy for the Chairman of PP TIDAR is open to all TIDAR cadres who meet the requirements.
As an initial step, on Wednesday, March 26, 2025. SC sent a letter to all TIDAR Regional Board (PD) cadres across Indonesia to inform them of the stages of the 4th Congress. One important stage in this process was the submission and return of the candidate application form. Which took place from April 19 to 21, 2025, at the Gerindra DPP Office in Ragunan, Pasar Minggu, Jakarta. On the first day of form submission, only one name was proposed as a candidate for Chairman, Rahayu Saraswati Djojohadikusumo.

Rahmat appreciated the support from TIDAR cadres, including those from the Regional Boards (PD), Branch Boards (PC). And also Overseas Regional Boards (PDLN), who fully supported Rahayu’s candidacy. Additionally, Rahmat stated that the 4th TIDAR Congress is expected to produce substantial recommendations to ensure the continued success of the organization. The SC is committed to accommodating all aspirations from the cadres and facilitating dynamic discussions that could lead to valuable recommendations for the future governance of the organization.
Rahmat also hopes that the 4th TIDAR Congress will make a positive contribution to national and state development. Participants are expected to come with brilliant and substantial ideas that can support the success of Prabowo’s government. The growth of Gerindra as a major party, and the overall progress of Indonesia. Moreover, the 4th Congress will serve as an important moment for all TIDAR cadres to meet and foster camaraderie, especially with TIDAR alumni.
In preparation for the upcoming 4th Congress in May, Rahmat reminded TIDAR cadres to prepare everything well before their departure. It is also crucial for them to maintain their health and safety during the journey. Rahmat heard that some cadres plan to travel by land in groups using buses. And also he reminded them to stay in good physical condition during the trip.
